Bear jade figure, Tang dynasty

Jade figure or pendant with yellow and reddish. The bear stands with one paw forward and the other bent backwards, the tail between the legs, the upper limbs on the belly and the head pointing downwards. Bears were common in burial sites as protective images. In good condition with reddish patina "沁色" (qìn sè) due to antiquity.
