Blue-and-white porcelain vase ‘Landscape’, Qing dynasty

Porcelain vase with an oval body surmounted by a narrow neck and a small circular mouth. 

Decorated in underglaze blue on a white ground, except for the unglazed mouth. It depicts a continuous scene of a beautiful traditional Chinese landscape, showing a village surrounded by mountains and vegetation next to a large lake. The scene is framed by a thin strip of geometric motifs at the top and a double line at the bottom. 

With a double blue circle at the base.
