Description.
Bronze sculpture on a hexagonal base with ruyi legs and rectangular decorations around the perimeter. It depicts two elephants: a small calf sitting on its hind legs with its trunk extended, and its large mother, with her head towards the small elephant and her trunk curled up towards her mouth. A flower-shaped fountain emerges from her back. Qing Dynasty (1644–1912).
