Description.
Bronze image depicting a Buddhist guardian deity seated on a saddle on a mythological animal. She raises her hands sideways in a 'mudra' position, holds a vajra, and wears a wrathful expression. She wears a carved robe, a pointed crown and a celestial scarf. The animal he rides is in the form of a Chinese lion with a 'qilin' paw. A patina is visible. No inscriptions or markings. The details are finely modelled and executed.
