Brooch-pendant with miniature, 18 k yellow gold and diamonds, early 20th Century

An early 20th century brooch-pendant, 1900-1940s, with 18k yellow gold mount and "Italy" mark "750". The frame is made of flowers with a white gold centre. The oval-shaped miniature is painted, depicts an elegant lady, and is set with diamonds and sapphires on the necklace, earrings and crown.
