Description.
Delicately carved celadon jade. It depicts in great detail a monkey with her young. Both are looking skyward and bend their legs towards the chest.
Height: approx. 10.50; Weight: 900 g
Provenance: Private collection, France. Purchased in Germany. Auction "Hampel. Fine art auctions Munich" in the "Asiatika" session of 11 December 2014, lot 479.
