Description.
White jade carved in the form of a sturdy, recumbent mythical beast, with its body on bent legs and its head erect, showing a gentle expression, with large eyes, closed jaws and a broad muzzle. The body and the long curled tail are covered with detailed fur. With a custom-made stand. Qing Dynasty (1644-1912) or later.
