Description.
A light-coloured carved jade with reddish flecks. It depicts a beast, known in Chinese mythology as ‘Qilin’, reclining on its four bent legs. It has a robust body, broad hooves, a long curled tail and an erect head crowned by two antlers. The expression is fierce, with large eyes and open jaws, showing the sharp fangs. With custom made box and stand.
