Description.
A white jade figure carved in one piece. It depicts a Bactrian camel standing with all four legs extended, its tail cocked and attached to its body, its neck bent and its head raised upwards with its gaze towards the sky. The head and the shape of the camel's body are well elaborated, as it shows a robust character. On its back is a long saddle-like cloth from which the plaited reins emerge.
