Description.
Carved jade, whitish with subtle reddish flecks. It is square, with relief decorations on the front face. It shows the deity known as ‘Garuda’ against a background of ruyis and geometric elements. He stands with his legs bent and his arms bent, with his hands at chest level in ‘Vitarkamudra’ and his gaze straight ahead. Two large wings spread out frame the body. The head, with a tense, wide-eyed expression and a sharp beak, is adorned with a lotus crown. With custom-made box.
