Description.
Beautiful carved jade pendant with a clear, soft and milky tone. It shows the representation of two Koi carp arranged in reverse, forming a circle with their bodies reminiscent of the morphology of the Yin Yang symbol. Both fish show large eyes and open mouths adorned with long, thin whiskers. Their lobe-shaped tails join at the base, closing the composition.
In Chinese mythology, the Koi carp is a symbol of strength, perseverance and good fortune.
