Description.
Rectangular stamp made with carved stone "Shoushan" (寿山石) and a poem on the front. The poem is signed 弘一 (Hongyi). The base is carved with a seal consisting of characters (菩提) and symbols. Hongyi (1880 - 1942) was a Chinese painter, musician, writer, seal engraver, calligrapher and Buddhist monk. It shows patina and some small cracks.
