Description.
A carved wooden vase, with an elongated body and neck, and a profile formed by joined petals. On each side of the neck is an elephant's head in a single piece, elaborately carved with great detail, which joins the trunk to the body and holds a movable ring. On the base is a square seal carved '大清道光年制' (Dà qīng dàoguāng nián zhì).
