Description.
Ceramic modelled in the form of an animal, with a recumbent body, bent legs, a long upright neck and a friendly expression, with a broad muzzle and rounded eyes. It is covered with a beautiful glaze characteristic of the Hutian kiln, milky-blue and soft, more intense in folds. Song Dynasty (960-1279) or later.
