Description.
Ceramic modelled and covered with an elegant milky-blue ‘Ruyao’ glaze. It has a circular base, with a conical foot on which the body is set, in the form of a flat dish, with a central elevation designed to hold a traditional teacup. It shows age-related wear. Song Dynasty (960-1279) or later.
