Description.
An elegantly modelled ceramic vase with a bulging belly and slender cylindrical neck resting on a short circular foot. It is covered with a beautiful thick, lustrous ‘Geyao’ glaze (哥窑), with a bluish-green celadon hue and a crackled texture. Ming Dynasty (1368-1644) or later.
