Chinese painting on paper “Mountains”, early 20th century

Ink on paper, with brocade frame. It represents a peaceful landscape, with a background of high and steep mountains, crossed by a narrow staircase leading to a small temple almost hidden. In the lower area there is a calm river, crossed by a bridge followed by a winding upward path, which leads the small character to a traditional pagoda.  

It shows a short poem accompanied by a stamp in the upper left corner “颜伯龙”.
