Description.
A white jade disc-shaped plate, decorated on both sides with reliefs. In the centre is an openwork representation of a dragon surrounded by a 'bi' with a 'ruyi' handle at the top. The reliefs are spiral cloud designs in "谷纹" grain pattern. In good condition with signs of wear or patina. Western Han Dynasty (206 BC–AD 8).
