Description.

Qianlong four characters mark 乾隆年制 on base.

Rectangular shaped with a circular container and a lid to hold the ink. The lid is made of gilt bronze. The front is decorated with three dragons surrounded by clouds on a blue background. The back is decorated with lotus flowers.
