Elizabethan style, diamond and emerald pendant brooch

Brooch with yellow gold mount and 925 sterling silver views. It consists of a loop that presents in the center an emerald, 7 x 4.5 mm, surrounded by diamonds set. An oval pendant hangs with movement. The frame is decorated with diamonds and a teardrop, also with movement, which sets a 7 x 4 mm emerald. Inside it houses an oval enamel miniature with a romantic lady. It features a total of 97 rose-cut diamonds with six facets.
