Enameled porcelain bowl, Qing dynasty

Glazed porcelain famille rose. The form is supported on a flared foot and has two handles in relief lion head shapes. The base is unglazed. It highlights a large scene with a lush garden with flowers, rocks, vegetation, birds, insects, peacocks and birds of paradise surrounded by elaborate borders. It shows an antique restoration and patina.
