Enamelled porcelain vase ‘Scene’, Qing dynasty

Modelled porcelain decorated with blue and white underglaze glaze. It has a long cylindrical body, slightly wider at the shoulders, tapering into a short flaring neck.  The body is decorated with a country scene, filled with noble characters and servants in traditional dress. The neck is decorated with a fine border of banana leaves.
