Enamelled porcelain vessel ‘Fishermen’, Qing dynasty

Modelled porcelain in the form of a vessel, with a flat, circular base and a cylindrical body, slightly narrower in the centre, ending in a wide mouth. It is decorated with a scene of a calm lake on which a small fleet of fishermen are sailing, accompanied by herons. A short poem and two seals are arranged in the upper part, all in underglaze blue and white enamel.
