Description.
Table clock. The sculpture refers to significant elements that make us think of a sculpture with a vanitas theme: a musical instrument, a mirror, a pearl necklace, a lifeless bird and an urn with a wreath of flowers. Signed ‘Gautier Eviteur’ at the foot of the figure. No visible signature on the clockwork, marked ‘1658’. With key.
