Description.
Representation of the deity "Tara" in gilded bronze. The image is seated, with the left leg bent towards the body and the right leg semi-flexed to rest on the ground. The torso, straight, is bare and both arms are bent and the hands are arranged in "Chin mudra", with the thumb and forefinger joined. A long ribbon hangs from the shoulder, on which a large lotus branch in blossom is placed at the elbow. Several jewels adorn the body, made of reliefs and gem-set gems in blue and reddish colours. The expression is serene, with a sharp nose, closed lips, elongated ears and long hair, gathered in a high three-tiered bun.
