Description.
Modelled ceramic, with a semi-circular base, in the form of a seat, on which the deity rests. She is shown with her torso upright and her hands clasped in the lap of ‘Dhyana Mudra’; her expression is serene, with narrowed eyes, lips forming a slight smile and long ears framing her face. Her body is covered from head to toe in a fine robe and adorned with beaded pendants and a tall headband that gathers her hair. Hutian Kiln.
