Description.
A small porcelain bowl with a circular foot and a deep rounded body. It is richly decorated with coloured enamels on the glaze, with a deep red glaze covering the background. On the outside, the foot and base are decorated with geometric patterns, while the body is decorated with a succession of medallions depicting landscapes, phoenixes and dragons. The interior features a central medallion with three herons with outstretched wings soaring through the sky, followed by a fine border of geometric motifs, and finally a continuous scene of rectangular windows opening onto a beautiful view of lotuses in bloom.
On the base is a character in red ‘福’.
