Description.
Glazed porcelain of an intense lemon-yellow colour. It has a circular base and a flat body, with a bulging profile that narrows at the mouth. It is decorated by sgraffito with a continuous scene of a fierce five-clawed dragon chasing a flaming pearl over a sea of curling waves. On the base is a six-character seal in underglaze blue ‘大清乾隆年制’.
