Description.
Modelled porcelain covered with a thick brown glaze. It has a bulging, pear-shaped body that tapers into a slender neck and ends in a rounded, garlic-headed mouth. It is adorned on its belly with beautifully painted leaves, which form a beautiful image. Jin Dynasty (1125-1234) or later, Shanxi kiln.
