Description.
Light-toned carved jade with subtle amber flecks. It shows the deity seated on a throne in lotus position, with his hands in meditative mudra, holding a small temple between them. He is attired in a dhoti lake full of folds, and has a serene expression framed by curly hair tied back and long ears. Behind his back, a flame-edged backing frames the composition and a long poem is inscribed on it. It has age patina. Custom box enclosed.
