Description.
Samurai armour from the Edo period, consisting of a mask, arm, leg, neck and torso guards, and a 'kabuto' helmet from the same period. Made of lacquered iron, silk and other materials. Helmet with gilded details.
Sizes: 40 cm (head); 76 cm (body); 95 cm (legs).
Size of the elements: Kabuto: 34 x 33 cm; Mempo: 26 x 18 cm; Yodare-kake: 13 x 21; Sode: 26 x 23 cm; Kote: 64 x 22 cm; Do: 37 x 45 cm; Kusazuri: 33 x 51 cm; Haidate 54 x 83 cm; Sune-ate: 31 x 12.5 cm.
