Description.
Cloisonné enamel censer, China, Qing (1644-1912)
The censer shape features an open cylindrical base with a globular body and a rounded edge - The censer's central frieze is decorated with multicolored lotus flowers and leaf scrolls on turquoise - The base and mouth are decorated with a frieze of small flowers and leaves - Presents two handles in the shape of lion heads.
In the base is incised a mark with six characters, Jiajing Ming dynasty.
