Description.
It retains part of the original polychrome in red, which is found mainly on the legs filling in some old characters and in the mouths of the lions. The figure of Guanyin appears seated on a throne formed by an openwork niche and two fantastic animals in the shape of dogs. At the same time, he is situated on top of an altar. The posture he adopts has a serene face and his hands together with the palms up in a "dhyana mudra" posture.
Size: 23,5x14,2 cm.
Provenance:
Spanish private collection.
