Description.
Light-coloured jade with ochre-gold flecks. Carved in the shape of a 'bi' disc with a narrow profile, its body is decorated with small spirals in relief. In the central hollow is the figure of a small coiled dragon. On the upper part are two mirrored phoenixes, joined by their curved beaks and front legs. It shows wear and patina from antiquity. Han Dynasty (AD 206 - AD 220) or later.
