Description.
Carved white jade with flecks of golden hue. It depicts a magnificent four-clawed dragon in a sinuous pose, with its left paw forward and its tail tucked up. The head looks skyward with a menacing expression that shows its large fangs and sharp tongue. On the back of the beast is a human figure, who rides on the dragon with his body leaning forward to hold on to the mane. It shows patina caused by ageing.
