Jade figurine “Luohan with ruyi and flower”, Qing dynasty

Beautiful carved jade figure of white, milky and shiny color. It shows the representation of a Luohan, with a bulging head and a happy expression. Dressed in a long robe covered with folds, knotted at the waist. In his hands, arranged at chest height, he holds a traditional ruyi scepter and a beautiful flowering branch. The carving is made with great mastery, paying attention to each of the meticulous details, which give dynamism to the piece with the movement of the fabrics of the tunic.
