Description.
Terracotta sculptures. It shows a couple of people with representative Catalan period costumes. They clearly symbolise country people, by the vegetables collected in the basket and the handkerchief. Signed "J. Roig" on one side of the pedestal and on the front it indicates "Catalan Type".
Male size: 42 x 13 x 15 cm; Female size: 39.5 x 11 x 14 cm.
Provenance: Large family collection, Germany, from the 1990s.
