Etching on paper, adhered to the board. At the top it is titled: "La surprinse de la ville de Nismes en Languedoc par ceux de la religion le 15 de novembre 1569, en la nuict " and in the lower left corner it indicates: "J. Tortorel fecit . 1570". The paper shows foxing and wear.
