Description.
Ceramic modelled in the form of a ‘Meiping’ vase, circular, with a balustraded profile that widens at the shoulders and is crowned by a small mouth. It is decorated with a thick black glaze on which is a printed image of a leaf. Jizhou Kiln, Yuan dynasty (1279-1368) or later.
