Description.
Ceramic modelled in the form of lobed vases, like the petals of a flower yet to open, with a circular base, a flared foot and an elongated body with a rounded belly rising towards a flared mouth. Covered with an elegant light-blue celadon glaze, lighter at the edges. Hutian Kiln, Song dynasty (960-1279) or later.
