Description.
Two glazed porcelain bowls. They have a narrow circular foot on which is supported a curved body that widens towards the mouth. They are decorated with a white interior and a deep yellow colour covering the exterior, on which are successive bands of auspicious Chinese characters in gold. On the base is a four-character seal ‘同治年制’ in red enamel.
