Description.
Small carved white jade seals, one larger, with a central cavity into which the second smaller one is inserted. Both show turtles, with bent legs and concave shells, with an incised pattern of hexagons, raised heads, round eyes and closed jaws. They are arranged on a square base with incised characters. Eastern Han Dynasty (AD 25-220) or later.
