Description.
Modelled porcelain, in the form of two small cups, with a narrow circular foot on which is placed the deep, curved body, which widens slightly towards the mouth. The cups are elegantly decorated with a pure white glaze topped by a fine gilt rim that surrounds the mouth and foot. On the base is a six-character seal in underglaze blue ‘大清康熙年制’ framed by a double blue circle. Qing dynasty (1622-1944) or later.
