Polychrome wooden Buddha, Burma, 19th - 20th century

Carved and polychromed wood in red lacquer with traces of gilding. Burmese model of a standing Buddha with a wide robe on the sides with various folds. The hands are parallel to the body, and the left hand is holding one side of the robe. The hands are not preserved and have some faults. The wooden base is from a later date.
