Porcelain enamel teapot ‘Birds’, 20th century

Modelled porcelain decorated with coloured enamels on a glaze. It has a cylindrical body with an elongated mouthpiece. It narrows at the shoulders, which are crowned by a narrow circular mouth and flanked by two supports designed to hold a movable metal handle. It is adorned with a continuous scene of bouquets of flowers among which are arranged beautiful butterflies and colourful birds.
