Red enamelled porcelain vase, Qing dynasty

Porcelain modelled in the form of a vase. It has a short circular foot and a globular body, which narrows to form a slender neck ending in a wide mouth. It has a two-tone glaze, white on the inside and deep red on the outside, where the subtle network of craquelure can be seen. It shows wear due to ageing.
