Description.
Gilded bronze. It retains the original gilding and has good patina. It is on a marble base of later period. The Buddha figure is standing in "samabhanga" with both hands raised with palms facing forward in "adhayamudra" posture. He wears a robe and his face is shown with a serene expression, lowered eyes and arched eyebrows. His hair is tied back in a bun.
The Buddha's face is serene and he raises both palms to the front.
