Description.
A set of glazed porcelain plate and cup with iron-red enamel decorations. Both pieces are decorated with a pair of fierce four-clawed dragons with sinuous, scaled bodies, chasing flaming pearls with angry expressions. On the base is a six-character seal in underglaze blue inscribed in a double circle ‘大明成化年制’.
