Description.
Light-coloured carved jade with subtle reddish-gold flecks. It has a narrow, elongated foot on which stands a globular body surmounted by a small ruyi-shaped lid with openwork details through which a red string has been inserted. The mouthpiece is thin and curved, while the handle has been carved in the shape of an auspicious branch of flowering ruyis, which extends towards the body of the bowl, ending in an elongated, curved, incised leaf.
