Young Man and Lady' brush pot, Qing dynasty

A glazed porcelain vessel with a circular base and cylindrical body, decorated with coloured enamels. It depicts a small scene of a noblewoman standing in a garden with a small child, both dressed in traditional costume and surrounded by nature. On the back is a small poem with a signature and seal. On the base is a six-character seal in underglaze blue ‘大明成化年制’.
